Let me take you back to a time when the world was very different. It was only three years ago yet on the 10th of March 2017 the following clip took the internet by storm.
At the time we were all bemused by the seeming clash of cultures – of professional work-life and domestic home-life - colliding in spectacular and amusing fashion.
Fast forward to today and this clip no longer seems quite so absurd. Following the global pandemic and the upsurge of Working from Home by necessity, I’m sure every single one of us could rattle off a tale of a hilarious or frustrating moment created by one’s relocation from the office to the home.
This change and apparent merging of work-life and home-life has introduced many challenges to the modern professional and at CMC Global we have observed this change closely and asked ourselves: How can we ameliorate and diversify our services in the post-lockdown world?
Of course, our first step was to offer our courses in a virtual environment as well as reintroducing classroom-based training when safe to do so.
Yet some of our clients have communicated to us that life is currently too hectic to fit in their professional development and training into the traditional Monday-Friday schedule.
Others have suggested that they would love to attend one of our fantastic courses, particularly as they are working from home for the foreseeable future, but that currently they cannot afford to miss the time away from the hustle-and-bustle of their day-to-day operations.
After all, it seems we are working just as long, if not longer, hours from home than when we were in the office!
Good news then that as a result, we have decided to introduce a new Weekend Virtual instructor led Practitioner Certification Programme, with the first one taking place Friday to Sunday, 23rd - 25th October (BST timezone).
The Virtual Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner course from CMC Global provides participants with a methodology and toolkit for managing change in their organisations. Prosci’s methodology (which includes the Prosci® ADKAR® Model) has been adopted by more than 80% of the world’s largest organisations. Participants in this weekend-long programme can qualify as certified practitioners of Prosci’s research-based change management methodology.
Best of all, you can do all of this from the comfort of your own home during a time that better suits your current needs.
So at the end of the course you will be fluent in the fundamentals of change management, you will be able to confidently explain the value of change management to your peers and leaders, and you will have applied the Prosci ADKAR® Model and the Prosci 3-phase Organisational Change Process to one of your change projects - all in time for Monday morning’s meeting.
Get ahead of the game. Be #weekendwise.
