Stuart Watson
Stuart is a Prosci® Executive Instructor & a Human Resources specialist consultant, with over 20 years’ professional experience.
His career began in financial services, where he fulfilled numerous roles for a large pan-African Bank over a period of 10 years. Thereafter, Stuart moved into management consulting, where he has spent the past 10 years working with over 30 different clients in the private and public sector in Africa, Asia, Europe & North America. His sector experience includes Financial Services, Insurance, Oil & Gas, Retail as well as a number of different public sector spheres.
Stuart’s core skills include change management training and consulting. He has deep experience in facilitation, as well as several human resource specific domains, including organisational design and talent management.
Outside of his professional consulting and training career, Stuart is a qualified Social Worker and serves in his community as a trauma counsellor alongside the South African Police Service.
