Quentin Orsmond

Quentin is an energetic and enthusiastic Change Manager with an 18-year track record delivering Change management solutions to clients around the world.

A Prosci® Certified Advanced Instructor, Quentin has delivered training and consulting solutions across 14 countries across the world, including Europe and Africa, with a particular focus in South Africa. His change management experience extends from call centre implementation to IT Application systems implementation and more recently Operations Management Experience.

Quentin has been the change lead on various large enterprise wide change management initiatives. He has also obtained skills in Business Analysis and Project Management.

His experience has included both transitional and transformational change and included large scale systems implementations as well as organisational culture initiatives. He has also worked in various industries ranging from Financial Services to Public Sector. While leading a team of change consultants in a change management office he also learned about the challenges facing leaders in organisations as they relate to change.

When not working on change management Quentin is a dedicated father to three kids and an avid runner!
