Course Description

As a Train-the-Trainer graduate, you’re qualified to coach, develop and mentor your entire team in-house, improving the overall change-readiness of your organisation from within.

During the virtual programme, you spend four days immersed in the change management teaching experience. You’ll learn how to develop and deliver our five core training programs in the way that best suits your organisation’s culture and environment

Who should attend?

Train-the-trainer is for change management professionals who are ready to start deploying change management training throughout their own organisation. The pre-requisite for the course is to have completed the Prosci Change Management Certification course within the last 24 months.

The Virtual Instrutor-led Train-the-Trainer Programme is not designed for consultants or employees from consulting companies. Consulting companies that are looking to deploy change management capabilities within their organisation also need to pursue a different path and should contact us via hello@cmcpartnership.com.

Prosci Train-the-Trainer Facilitator Guides
Participants will receive a facilitator’s guide that includes key messages, activity directions, timing considerations and how to prepare for each course. Appendices to the guides include additional information and the slides from each course.

Prosci Train-the Trainer Support Site
The site is an ongoing resource and provides access to slide decks, facilitator tips and tricks, webinars and podcasts to support successful facilitation of Prosci courses.

Internal Delivery Requirements and Purchasing Materials

For completion of Train-the-Trainer, you must facilitate your first Prosci® programme at your organisation. You can teach any of the role-based programs to successfully complete the Train-the-Trainer experience. You must purchase programme training materials for each participant in each programme you facilitate, either as individual sets or through an enterprise license to Prosci’s training content.
