Imogen Parnham-Kenny
Imogen is a Prosci Executive Instructor. She joined Prosci Europe (formerly CMC Partnership Global) in 2016 having recently graduated from University of Exeter with a BA in Geography. During that time she has held a number of change management focused customer facing roles. As a result, she has helped deliver training to a wide variety of organisations across a number of sectors supporting their change management efforts.
Imogen has also supported Prosci Europe's advisory work to a range of organisations including a global food manufacturer and a global financial firm. In addition to supporting customers with their change management work, she also delivers change management internally at Prosci Europe.
She holds ACMP membership, is a Certified Associate in Project Management, and she has a particular interest in how neuroscience impacts her change management work.
Imogen is passionate about the environment and supporting the development of a more sustainable world. She is also on the Management Team of her local running club and likes to get out and explore the coast local to her as often as possible, from the coast path and the water.
