Rachel became the Head of Change at Anglian Water in November 2019, bringing with her 20 years experience of leading change transformations in digital and operations. She fell in love with the water industry for its essential service to the community, customers and environment. Her passion is creating excitement around change through a compelling vision, a personal story and building Change Management as an organisational capability. A great believer in collaboration, creativity and developing individuals.
