The courses are run by CMC’s qualified Prosci instructors who go through rigorous training and assessment before being Certified as Advanced Instructors by Prosci. How big are the public enrolment course groups?
Usually between 10-16 people.

I don’t have an active project to bring to the course, is that a problem?

Is there any additional support implementing Prosci when I return to site if I need it?
Yes, we offer a on-demand bespoke CMC Practitioner Plus service to Prosci Practitioners so that if you meet a challenge that you would like support in overcoming, our experienced Prosci Practitioners can give 1-2-1 impartial advice to help build your confidence and improve your effectiveness. We also invite you to our Linked-in Group for networking purposes, run CMC graduate webinars and also offer our community Prosci webinars -   all great tools to reinforce your change management learning.

Is the Prosci qualification professionally recognised?
Yes! The CMC training is accredited by the Association of Change Management Professionals. Subject to achieving the standard for Certificated Prosci Practitioner you will have an internationally recognised qualification. Increasingly organisations are specifying the Prosci Certification as a requirement for their change practitioner roles.

CMC is also a Registered Education Provider for the Project Management Institute (PMI). CMC's Prosci Practitioner Certification offers PMI Certification holders 24 professional development units (PDU's) to meet the continuing education requirements from the PMI.
