CMC is proud to announce that founding owner, Rhiannon Cooke has been recognised by the Singapore Civil Service College (CSC) with an ‘Associate Excellence Award’. Rhiannon has delivered Prosci Change management Training to over 500 members of various Singapore government departments over the past five years.
Rhiannon began assisting the CSC to build their change management capabilities in 2012. She runs the Prosci Programme for the CSC’s institute of Leadership and Organisation Development (ILOD).
Rhiannon has been recognised for going above and beyond, ensuring that participants on the Prosci Programme, are fully equipped to become Prosci Certified Change Practitioners, taking the time to follow up with participants after the programme to support their performance back in the workplace.
Speaking of having her efforts recognised by the CSC, Rhiannon Cooke said:
“I am truly honoured to receive this award. I thoroughly enjoy delivering the Prosci Change Management training programme for the CSC.
CMC is dedicated to delivering outstanding Prosci Change Management training and we pride ourselves on our dedication and commitment to our participants, both on courses and once they return to the workplace. So it is wonderful to have this dedication recognised. I look forward to training many more CSC employees in the coming years.”
Rhiannon was presented with the award at a ceremony in Singapore early in January.
