CMC’s next Experienced Practitioner Programme will be taking place between 29th November and 2nd December at the Holiday Inn Reading. The Programme will be conducted by CMC’s very own Rhiannon Cooke. An engaging presenter and experienced conference speaker, Rhiannon shares her extensive experience in transformational change through case studies, insightful reflections and stories. Energetic and enthusiastic, curious and reflective she is able to create an exceptional learning environment for her course participants.
The course is designed for change management specialists who have previously attended the Prosci Practitioner course and wish to continue deepening their learning and understanding of the Prosci approach.
It enables exploration of change management literature, with the ability to learn and collaborate with other experienced Practitioners, whilst applying new thinking and tactics to change management at work. Methods of learning include using presentations to review and compare two different approaches to change management and engaging in discussions with change management leaders.
CMC’s previous 2016 Experienced Practitioner Program took place in June and was a great success. Participants said they ‘really gained a lot from talking and listening to all on the course’ with others praising the interaction, discussion and practical application of the course content. Alongside acclaim for the style of learning, participants also appreciated the opportunity to take the time to deepen their understanding of the Prosci tools and methodology.
Course materials build upon those already received in the Practitioner courses, providing a workbook, and subscription access to the Change Management Maturity Model Audit, Prosci PCT Analyzer and a Change Management ROI Calculator via the Prosci Portal.
CMC plan to bring the Experienced Practitioner Program into its regular suite of training courses as we continue to support the development of a better understanding of effective change management in the business community.
