At CMC Partnership we specialise in the delivery of corporate level change through the effective management of programmes and projects for the UK public sector. Our focus is on meeting our customer needs and developing relationships based on our core values of openness, trust and respect.
Our customer, a major public sector organisation in Swansea, has a requirement for a pay and reward specialist to conduct a market rates analysis and provide recommendations for all staff. The successful candidate must have experience of working in the Information Systems arena. Responsibilities will include:
• Reviewing the market rate pay work done to date
• Assessing the organisation’s roles against market rates
• Discussing issues with stakeholders
• Outlining the costs and the benefits over a 5 year period
• Recommending a way forward and facilitating the appropriate decision with stakeholders
• Production of an implementation plan with timescales
The individual assigned to the role will work with the Change Programme Manager to agree clear terms of reference and the measurements of success.
