We are seeking a well organised administrator to join our busy sourcing team based near Monmouth, assisting us with responding to customer requirements and candidate enquiries. With an excellent eye for detail and an interest in using technology to assist with continuous business improvement, you will be comfortable undertaking a variety of administration duties including:
• maintaining databases and spreadsheets
• compiling and producing reports and management information
• communicating with both candidates and customers to arrange interviews etc and gather relevant documentation
• formatting and preparing tender submission documentation
• providing varied administration support to other areas of the business such as necessary
The ideal applicant will previously have carried out a similar role within an interim recruitment or sales environment and will be used to multi-tasking, working to tight deadlines and managing conflicting priorities calmly and efficiently. A flexible approach and good sense of humour are essential as is an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. A familiarity with Visio and other presentation or publishing tools would be useful.
