Telephone Interviewers – part time

At CMC Partnership we specialise in the delivery of corporate level change through the effective management of programmes and projects for the UK public sector. Our focus is on meeting our customer needs and developing relationships based on our core values of openness, trust and respect.

We are seeking two part time, home-based individuals to join our sourcing/recruitment team, helping us to interview specialist management consultants to work in partnership with our customers. After an initial period of training at our offices near Monmouth, interviewers will work from home with regular communication with the sourcing team.

The ideal applicants will come from a programme, project or recruitment/resourcing background. In addition they will:

• be able to work safely and securely from home

• have previous interviewing experience

• have experience of working remotely and handling relationships via telephone and email as well as face to face

• have an awareness of Public Sector structures and culture

• have a knowledge or understanding of IT systems, infrastructure or software as many of the roles we recruit for are IT related

• have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• have the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and remain self motivated

• demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ideally, will have used a recruitment or marketing database before.

• enjoy the challenge of being part of a busy, friendly team whilst working remotely

The role will involve extensive telephone work and a flexible schedule is essential as working time will vary to meet fluctuating demand and the needs of candidates who are sometimes unavailable during the normal working day.
