At CMC Partnership we specialise in the delivery of corporate level change through the effective management of programmes and projects for the UK public sector. Our focus is on meeting our customer needs and developing relationships based on our core values of openness, trust and respect.

Due to our continued success (we have won the Wales Fast Growth 50 award two years in a row), we are seeking an individual to join our Monmouth based recruitment team. The successful candidate will be helping us to source management consultants, project professionals and interim specialists to work in partnership with our public sector customers.

The ideal applicant will:
• Have previous recruitment or resourcing experience –ideally within Consultancy or an IT related sector
• Possess an understanding of ICT systems, infrastructure and methods as many of the roles we recruit for are IT-related
• Have experience of permanent, interim and consultancy associate recruitment
• Have an awareness of Public Sector structures and culture
• Enjoy the challenge of working to tight deadlines as part of a busy, friendly team
• Be driven by finding the right person for the job rather than a person for the job
• Have the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and remain calm under pressure
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

The role is varied and interesting and will involve extensive telephone work as well as some face to face meetings with consultants. A flexible and “can do” approach is essential. Although the work is largely based in Monmouthshire there will be a need to travel to London and possibly other locations throughout the country from time to time.
