Recent customer feedback shows very positive satisfaction levels with the work we are doing, with an overall score of 84% across all our customers against a range of 5 measures. We were particularly pleased as one of the measures included Value for Money.
Such positive feedback is a direct result of your commitment, professionalism and desire to make a difference, so thank you very much from all of us at CMC.
There were some outstanding individual results, and comments such as “given the level of knowledge/experience brought to the role, coupled with her ability to manage multiple streams of work and positive impact on both the team and stakeholders I would say (...) has contributed excellent value for money” and “very professional in his area of expertise. Good team worker. Good value” demonstrate that many of our customers believe we do provide excellent value for money. So while we know that the times ahead might be testing and we will still need to tighten our belts over the coming months, we can take some comfort from the thought that this measure may not be as painful for CMC as it could be for other organisations.
