CMC's second Prosci® trainer gears up for action!

CMC Director Chris Moore visited Prosci’s headquarters in the USA recently.

In a busy week Chris attended Prosci’s “Train the Trainer” course, developing his knowledge in the use of the Prosci Change Management Toolkits. While this course was an important milestone, Chris aims to qualify as CMC Partnership’s second Prosci® Certified Instructor after he completes his final exam later this summer.

Use of the Prosci® Toolkits provide structured and consistent approaches to the management of the natural employee resistance encountered in many business change projects, enabling organisations to move more rapidly from old ways of working to new.
