Kerry is a talented organisational change and programme management specialist with a reputation for successful delivery within complex organisations. A passionate advocate for the importance of the people side of change, Kerry is a talented mentor, senior management coach and executive level facilitator. An experienced and motivational people manager, Kerry has managed a number of international, cross functional and virtual teams.
A Prosci® Advanced Instructor and an Accredited Practitioner, she combines her knowledge of change management with a solid background in Prince2, MSP and P3M3. Over the past 5 years she has utilised a full range of strategic management skills to deliver on two £100m cash saving initiatives, a regional and head-office workforce reshaping programme, delivery of an Olympics readiness programme and a $45m international change programme.
Feedback from customers – including at director general, chief executive and Board levels – recognises the highly professional, persuasive and convincing manner in which Kerry is able to work with everyone from senior leaders, through to middle managers and operational employees. Kerry now divides her time between supporting clients to deliver on their change initiatives and delivering Prosci’s flagship change management practitioner certification.
