Jonathan is a member of the Security and Intelligence recruitment team. He is an experienced HR professional with a strong track record in recruitment & selection. He draws on his project management and business change support experience from his Royal Air Force career.
Politically and strategically aware, Jonathan works well at all organisational levels. He is a highly motivated influencer with strong presentation and relationship building skills.
Jonathan is accustomed to working in structured programme environments and is a certified practitioner in Management of Portfolios (MoP) Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), PRINCE2, Agile Project Management (APM) and Prosci® Change Management. More recently he has become a member of the BCS.
