Daniel May

Daniel is our Global Operations Manager, currently responsible for managing CMC’s Prosci® Change Management Training Operations Function, leading all aspects of course delivery.

Joining CMC Partnership in December 2017, Daniel brings 15 years’ experience of leading teams and delivering projects across multiple industries. Daniel has spent the last 9 years in the Education and Private Student Accommodation sectors, leading customer service, continuous improvement and operational efficiency in a FTSE 250 organisation.

 A Prosci® Change Management and PRINCE2 practitioner, Daniel has led both technical and operational change projects including CRM deployments and mobile app developments. In 2016 Daniel was winner of the Best Enterprise App at the Global Apps World Awards.
