CMC have an established working relationship with a number of key organisations in the Ministry of Defence and National Security arena, providing portfolio, programme, project and business change management consultancy, and interim management services.

The Dstl framework contract enables CMC to provide high quality, individually selected interim managers to Dstl sites across the UK and we have an excellent track record in finding the perfect person for the most demanding of roles.

Our specialist resourcing team also provide SC and DV cleared consultancy and interim managers to a number of organisations operating within the National Security and Intelligence sector. We have a wide range of DV cleared consultants providing specialist advice, PPM services and support to organisational business change programmes and projects. These programmes have encompassed IT and telephony change, and organisational and HR change right through to estates relocation and secure accommodation rebuild. 

CMC account managers manage our resources to ensure effective skills transfer to existing customer staff is made with every assignment. As each assignment completes we are confident that we leave our customer teams richer and stronger in their skills base and experiences.

CMC is also active in providing consultancy services to the MOD and are pleased to be developing a documented approach to portfolio management using P3M3, with a number of key stakeholders across the sector.
