Brian ClancyBrian leads CMC’s Finance and Corporate Governance Function. He is responsible for ensuring that the company has a stable financial foundation and that we are compliant with all legislation. Brian has put in place the structures that have supported CMC’s rapid growth and ensures that clients receive an excellent service from a financial information perspective. Brian has extensive experience in complex contract negotiations and oversees all CMC agreements. |
Brian has a remarkable delivery track record gained on a wide range of consulting assignments over the last 25 years. His achievements have included building a management consultancy team of 300 plus for a British PLC, creating an outsourced facilities management service with a contract value of £1bn for a telecommunications company and delivering one of the largest financial accounting projects in the public sector.
As well as programme and project management expertise, Brian has extensive experience of business acquisition and outsourcing public sector organisations into the private sector under TUPE. Brian’s most recent assignment has been to provide specialist support and advice for the creation of an overseas operational facility by a UK company in the construction sector.

Rhiannon CookeRhiannon leads CMC’s Sourcing and Client Relationship Teams. She is responsible for anticipating clients’ resource needs and ensuring supply. Rhiannon sets direction for CMC’s new client relationships, aiming for CMC to have the knowledge and understanding to respond intelligently to upcoming requirements. In her consulting work, Rhiannon excels at creating high-performing teams who deliver large-scale capability change. |
She works closely with managers and business users to ensure they get the benefits they seek. She seeks to demystify programme and project management and ensure that the focus is on delivery rather than process.
Rhiannon is a well-known member of the public sector programme and project management community. She has contributed to the development of PRINCE and MSP and worked on assignments for the OGC in their Centres of Excellence Programme.
In terms of current roles, Rhiannon acts as a programme designer, business change advisor, shared learning facilitator and PPM sourcing specialist.

Chris MooreChris leads CMC’s Consulting Services. His focus is on enhancing our existing services, identifying likely changes in customer needs and ensuring that CMC is ready to help. Chris sets the CMC standard for excellence in client delivery and directs CMC’s Learning and Development to ensure our team deliver to this high standard. |
Chris has an impressive track record of delivering new capability that transforms clients’ future business. His strength lies in his ability to help Boards define the strategic outcomes they are seeking to achieve and translate these into practical delivery programmes. Chris’ clients have included the Atomic Weapons Establishment, the Department for Education and the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency.
Chris provided business and technical assurance to the team that authored PRINCE2 and has been a leading user of MSP since its creation.
Chris is currently working with the Board of a Government Agency of 6,000 staff, implementing a radical organisational change programme that will lead to substantial efficiency and effectiveness benefits.

Jeanette LaneJeanette is the CMC Commercial Director and has lead responsibility for CMC’s account management function. She focuses on the continuous improvement of CMC’s internal processes ensuring that our customers receive the best quality of services from our business support teams. |
As part of this role, Jeanette is also Head of Profession for Account Management and mentors those staff who seek to develop a career within this function.
Jeanette is an experienced consultant with extensive programme and project management skills, proven through taking lead roles in large-scale programmes and projects. She is a Prince2 and MSP Practitioner with over 15 years of practical experience, predominately in the public sector.
Jeanette has successfully managed a number of contracts and has extensive experience of managing large teams, both in a delivery and a line management perspective. She is a PPM sourcing specialist, with an in-depth knowledge of the defence and intelligence sectors.
As well as managing one of CMC’s main accounts, Jeanette is currently providing skills transfer to a team of civil servants setting up a programme/project support office. The role involves mentoring and coaching staff of various grades to help direct them in the most effective route towards set-up and implementation of efficient PPM practices.

Michael CampbellMichael leads CMC’s Sales and Marketing teams, focussing on driving forward sales, new business opportunities and leading the marketing function. Michael works with sector directors and account managers to build their relevant plans, and develops new business across the public and private sectors. |
Michael joined CMC from Gartner Inc, a $120m business with 70+ sales people inside a $1.3bn corporation, where he was Group Vice President Worldwide for Events and Sales. This role included successfully leading worldwide sales and marketing for IT Benchmarking Analytics and growing the business by 10% year on year since 2008.
His previous work history includes: Head of UK Sales for Celerant Consulting; Managing Director and Vice President, Sales and Marketing, for The Hackett Group Europe; and various Sales, Operations and Sales Leadership roles within Gartner and ICL plc.
Michael’s expertise in helping customers manage and optimise strategic change economically, logically and sensitively displays the hallmarks of CMC’s valued relationship with customers.
