CMC Partnership was created by three founding directors who believed that they would be able to provide customers with a better service at a lower cost through a privately owned company than they had been able to deliver elsewhere.
Through their own company they could respond to customer needs with greater agility and deliver improved services by leading teams made up of consultants whom they have personally selected for the quality of their work and their work ethos. It is very important for CMC Partnership that their consultants not only have the skills and experience to do the job but that they reflect the values of the company: customer first, openness, trust and respect.
CMC Partnership was set up in 2000 to provide cost-competitive, high-value portfolio, programme and project management expertise. All company employees have the opportunity to purchase company shares, fostering a community of sharing, vested interest and long-term commitment to company success. Ten years on we now have a turnover in excess of £13 million per year and have built strong, long-term relationships with many key clients.
Within CMC Partnership we work as a team, supporting one another, as well as ensuring that we deliver our personal objectives or commitments. We enjoy an environment that is informal but professional, where we support good ways of working and where continuous improvement of our systems and ourselves is the norm. There is room for challenge and an expectation that once agreements have been made, they will be honoured.
