The CMC Partnership Consortium was selected as a supplier on the Buying Solutions Management Consultancy & Accounting Services Framework Agreement (MCAS) in 2010. This means that we are directly accessible to the whole of the UK public sector, offering any customer quick access to services, no financial limits and competitive pricing, enabling customers to improve value for money and efficiency.

The CMC Partnership provides services in the following areas of the Buying Solutions MCAS Framework Agreement:

HR Consultancy: Providing consultancy advice on all aspects of HR and learning and development, including strategies, policies, processes and organisation development. Our capabilities range across the spectrum from restructuring and culture change to outplacement, performance management and employment law.

Programme and Project Management: Providing a full range of strategic and operational advice on programme and project management, with expertise ranging from governance arrangements to portfolio design, risks, benefits and communications management, PPM office set-up, and project recovery.

The CMC Partnership is a consortium of privately owned SMEs specifically dedicated to HR and PPM consultancy. We bring together quality of service, innovative and niche expertise, and lower rates than other large consultancies. Our consortium partners are: Alignea, Blue Alumni, CM International, GHK, Isos Partnership, ITS, KIS-Solutions, Koios, Method4, Richmond Group, The 10 Partnership and Think First.
