CMC Partnership has worked closely for four years with the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl) providing Project Management and Business Support Consultancy Support across all functional departments.

CMC provides DV and SC resources into Dstl's Fort Halstead, Porton Down and Portsdown sites through the following framework categories:

1. Consultancy - providing external manpower for specific high-level expertise/ knowledge that may be outside of Dstl’s core capabilities and not available in-house and for which no post exists.
2. Manpower Substitution - providing manpower to fill complemented/funded civilian and/or military posts which cannot be filled through usual posting or recruitment action.
3. Contracted Temporary Workers - providing external manpower to provide skills that would normally be found in-house to perform tasks determined by, and under the direct supervision of, the Department’s staff and for which no post exists.
4. Provision of Role Play Actors for HR assessment centres.
