Quality Management
CMC Partnership places great importance on providing exceptionally high standards of service to its customers. The organisation adopted the requirements of the International Standard BS EN ISO9001:2008 in 2007.
The implementation of this internationally recognised quality management system requires CMC to define, document, implement and review its internal operating procedures. Definition of working practices, roles and responsibilites ensures that our staff are confident and motivated, with a strong understanding of their own role, their operational responsibilites and the invaluable contribution they make to our business. This enables our readiness to adapt to internal business change and to external challenges.
The quality managememt system is reviewed on a regular basis, involving business process stakeholders from across the organisation. The review ensures our internal procedures are focused upon:
- Meeting the requirements of our customers
- Maximising value and minimising waste
- Controlling risk
- Managing our supply chain
- Promoting continuous improvement at all times.
CMC's Quality Management System is audited internally throughout the year by our Business Systems Assurance Manager, supplemented by an annual external audit to verify CMC's full compliance to the requirements of ISO 9001. Through the use of customer feedback questionnaires CMC monitors customer satisfaction. In recent feedback from a customer with whom we have placed over 100 interim managers, CMC scored:
- 95% Deliverables on Time
- 94% Quality of Deliverables
- 89% Personal Impact
- 87% Specialist Knowledge and Skills
