Helen Richards

A key member of the Sourcing team Helen has worked for CMC for over four years, finding the perfect people to match incoming requirements from across the UK. Helen has developed a close relationship with Dstl, managing this important customer account for several years. She is an expert in recruiting specialist resources and project managers, many with the most unusual skills and experiences and often with enhanced Government security clearance. Helen always travels the extra mile - not only in her business life for CMC, but also personally. This year for a relaxing summer break she travelled from Lands End to John O’Groats on her Ducati and then back again. What a girl!
