Michael Campbell

A 20-year veteran of the IT and Consultancy industry, Michael is responsible for the Sales, Marketing and ICT functions, establishing new relationships with several multinational clients - especially in the area of change management - and reducing cost and improving service levels in internal ICT.

Michael also commissioned the development and launch of CMC’s new brand and re-designed website in 2011, and has been both a keynote speaker on, and co-facilitator for, the client delivery of Prosci® change management training in his role as a Certified Prosci® Change Management Practitioner.

Michael also compered and led the delivery of the 2013 Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) Europe conference in London in October 2013.

Michael is a member of the Board of CMC responsible for various additional corporate matters including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).

Michael joined CMC in 2010 from Gartner Inc, the world’s leading provider of IT research and advisory services, where from 2006 as Group Vice President he consecutively led the Sales functions within the IT Benchmarking Analytics practice of the Consulting division and Worldwide Events.

Prior to Gartner Michael was Managing Director for The Hackett Group Europe, a leading provider of benchmark data, analytics and consultancy services for the Finance, HR, Procurement and IT functions of Fortune 1000 firms. Before that Michael held various UK and international Sales, Operations and Sales Leadership roles within Gartner and ICL plc, now Fujitsu.

Michael’s expertise is in helping private and public sector customers to establish or improve their change management capability, so that the financial and non-financial returns from their business change projects are larger, more consistent and sustainable.

Michael’s three children don’t leave him with much time or energy for other pleasures but somehow travel, tennis, shooting, wine and classic cars often make a welcome appearance in his calendar.
