An accredited programme, project and change management Prosci® practitioner and instructor, Chris works at board level converting strategic objectives into delivered capability through the effective management of projects and programmes. He does this through strong leadership, teamworking and the application of structured programme and project management techniques. He is an enthusiastic advocate of portfolio management to ensure that projects are properly aligned with strategy and that planned benefits are realised across the business.

Highly qualified in setting up, managing and evaluating projects and programmes, Chris has recommended and delivered improved PPM practices for clients in a range of sectors, including Central Government, Defence, Financial Services, Transport, Nuclear and National Security. Taking a systems approach, he provides independent advice and benchmarks current practice and, if required, offers guidance to implement improvements and maximise operational efficiency.

Recently, Chris has played an active role in the setting-up and management of customer organisational change programmes, working with CEOs to deliver transformational objectives through operational restructuring and technology integration. This includes successfully creating and managing complex, business-critical programmes, involving rainbow teams of permanent staff, consultants and third party ICT suppliers.
